No matter which segment or tier you choose, these hold true. They’re what makes the pricing below fair and predictable.

Cleaning is never bundled in

Dust load is different at every site, so cleaning is priced on what your panels actually need — on demand or as a seasonal plan — never folded into a flat fee that overcharges some clients and underserves others.

Parts are billed at actuals

If an inverter, module, connector, or any component needs replacing, you pay what it costs us, with a written quote and your approval first. No markup, on any tier.

Premium buys speed, not free parts

The higher tiers get you faster response, deeper diagnostics, and free replacement labor — and for high-tension sites, a contractual uptime guarantee. What never changes is who pays for the part itself.

How monitoring works across plans

Your inverter and any site SCADA system stay under your ownership and on your OEM’s platform — we don’t force every client onto one dashboard. What changes by tier is how that data gets used: from a client-managed app on Basic, to periodic technician review on Standard, to a dedicated priority line and same-day triage on Premium. For high-tension Premium sites, our HT engineer is given documented SCADA access specifically to verify the uptime guarantee.

Module cleaning, priced for your site

Dust load depends on where you are — construction nearby, coastal salt, agricultural residue, bird activity. A flat cleaning fee either overcharges a clean site or underserves a dusty one, so we sell it separately, on two models.

Request a wash through the app, a call, or WhatsApp whenever your panels need it. We schedule within an agreed turnaround and invoice per visit.

Seasonal subscription

Pre-pay for a fixed number of cleans a year, timed to pre-monsoon, post-monsoon, and peak-dust periods, at a discounted per-clean rate. Standard and Premium AMC clients get a preferential rate.

Our technicians flag soiling levels — low, moderate, high — at every scheduled AMC visit, so you’ll know before it costs you generation.
A “high” soiling flag triggers a one-tap booking nudge, so you never have to remember to ask.

Questions we hear before signing

Straight answers, consistent with the plans above and your service agreement.

Breakdowns outside scheduled visits

The callout and diagnosis are always included in your AMC fee, at every tier — that’s what your breakdown response SLA is for. If the fix doesn’t need a new part, you pay nothing extra. If a part needs replacing, the part is billed at actuals, and labor is free on Premium, chargeable on Basic and Standard.

No cap. We come out and diagnose a genuine fault as many times as it happens. The one exception is call-outs later found to be caused by unauthorized third-party tampering, grid-side issues, or a non-genuine callout, which may attract a reasonable visit charge that we’ll explain first.

Component costs

You’ll get a written quotation before any part is replaced, and you’re free to ask for the vendor cost basis. “At actuals” means we pass through what the component costs us, with no markup.

Generally no. Parts sourced outside our approved vendor chain risk being mismatched or counterfeit, and can void your manufacturer warranty. If cost is the concern, ask us for the quotation breakdown — we’re open to that conversation.

Then you shouldn’t be paying for the part — we coordinate the warranty claim on your behalf. You may still pay for our labor or service visit if your tier doesn’t include free labor.

It’s your call. We won’t replace anything without your written or app-based approval. If you decline, we’ll note the risk in your visit report so you have it on record.

Flexibility & payments

Yes. The clean option is at your next renewal, but a mid-term change is possible too, adjusted pro-rata for the remaining months.

Let us know if your plant will be offline for an extended period — we can discuss a pause or reduced-scope arrangement rather than you paying for visits you don’t need.

No, your annual fee is fixed for the 12-month term. Component pricing can move with market rates, which is why part quotations are valid for 7 days, but your base AMC fee doesn’t change mid-term.

Liability & trust

We do. Any damage caused by our team’s negligence during a service visit is our responsibility to make right, not an additional charge to you.

No, those are insurance events, not maintenance events. If you have asset insurance on the plant, that’s the right channel — we’re happy to support you with documentation for a claim.
